Abstract :
Scenarios can be used to elicit, document and analyse the required behaviours of people and systems. This paper presents a notation for documenting scenarios, and discusses the use of its features designed to help elicit requirements effectively in client workshops. The author concentrates on the lessons learnt from a project understanding the requirements of an Internet-banking application. This project helps to show how scenarios can be used to capture the behaviours and interactions between humans, systems to be built and existing systems
