Abstract :
This paper describes an experiment and the preliminary results of the experiment involving software agents. The overall aim of the experiment is to determine the effectiveness and user approval of mapping human-oriented information to software agents. The preliminary results presented in this paper involve user approval issues. The results presented show that users´ opinions should always be valued and taken into account when developing software
