Abstract :
A high speed Proportional solenoid was designed. And the key parameters such as material and structure parameters of Proportional solenoid were analyzed and simulated. Samples with different structures of different material were made. Test system for Static and dynamic performance was made for sample testing. Samples were made and tested to prove the point: sample with a cover angle of 45° has the best constant traction characteristic and core material of DT4c has a better constant traction characteristic than that of 1J6 and 1J50. Material of core has little connection with the dynamic performance. The results of experiment and simulation matched well when tested 1J6 with 52° cover angle.
