Abstract :
Aiming at the generalizing application problem of spindle function module in machining center, emphasizing structure design and performance of spindle system of NC machining center, utilizing virtual design principle, finite element analyzing and optimization technology, dynamic simulation of spindle system of machining center based on Automatic Dynamic Analysis of Mechanical Systems (ADMAS) was studied, calculating and analyzing software system devoted to spindle system of machine tool was developed, some primary verification job was performed in the system. The better design quality and higher efficiency used with this system was showed.
