Abstract :
In many automation equipment production process, it is essential to ensure constant tension of the material, to ensure product quality and production efficiency. In order to make the feeding process of this chip mounter stable, and ensure the accurate measurements, we use the principle of automotive brake to improve the tension institutions, and design cam - rotating drum constant tension control mechanism, by analyzing the displacement response of cam movement, we can control the tension better and ensure transportation efficiency.
