Abstract :
The applicability of design scheme and retrofit technology in building energy conservation of urban residence were investigated. The influence of building location, layout, orientation, and environmental greening on energy conservation were analyzed. New technology and measures of building external wall, window and roof in energy conservation retrofit were discussed. The result shows that shape coefficient and thermal characteristics of building directly affects energy consumption. Window is the heat sensitive part of building enclosure structure. Solar radiation through the window has important influence on building energy conservation.
