Abstract
In this paper, we proposed the RC-CIP method to analyze the dispersive materials. The results shows that the good stability for wide frequency range. However, the calculation accuracy was not investigated as rectangular pulse response in time domain, the reason was that the exact solution of rectangular pulse was difficult to obtain. Furthermore, in this paper, we calculated homogenous dispersive material, but, the CIP method need special treatment at the boundary between different materials. We did not drive the special treatment for boundary. These will be our future works.
