Abstract :
In this paper we present results of experiments with RFID system using active tags and DS-CDMA transmission. The performance of the system has been compared with the standard RFID system defined in ISO 18000-7 that occupy the same transmission bandwidth. The obtained results show that the system with DS-CDMA transmission is about 15 dB more tolerant to narrowband interferences, which can be essential in many practical scenarios.
