Abstract :
This paper proposes an algorithm named IFMADM based on maximizing the difference among candidate networks in order to obtain weights of each attribute. Simulation results reveal that it outperforms the AHP-based algorithm in several respects. Firstly, it can not only ensure the accuracy of decision making but also improve the distance among candidate networks. Secondly, the changes of number of attributes and candidate networks have less influence on the objectiveness of weighted values of attributes and their importance. Thirdly, ranking abnormality can be avoided efficiently because of large difference among candidate networks.
