Abstract :
Based on cooperation game theory, this paper discusses basic principle of Concession Period of BOT project between governments and private consortiums and deduces Nash Bargaining-Game solution while the two parties´ cooperation reaches equilibrium state. The negotiation base line for private consortiums to prevent from hold-up problem is calculated in the construction and operation procession of BOT project. On the contrary the government is also no different. Accordingly the gist on how to develop a scientific policy and sign concession contracts reasonably on the problem of BOT project cooperation between governments and private enterprises is put forward.
