Abstract :
A new method of amplitude adjusting filtering zero phase error tracking-sliding mode variable structure control is presented for piston lathe linear servo system to improve tracking and disturbance restraint performance. It integrates the ideal tracking characteristic of amplitude adjusting filtering zero phase error tracking controller with the ability of disturbance restraint for sliding mode controller. A disturbance observer is used to estimate and compensate load disturbance to ensure the rapidity and stability of piston lathe linear servo drive system. The simulation results show that the performance of tracking and disturbance restraint for piston lathe linear servo drive system has been improved effectively. A new way for improving middle-convex and varying ellipse piston machining precision is presented.
