Abstract :
The function, operating principle and the whole design scheme of synthetic detector for oxygen system are presented. Silicon resonant pressure sensor and two-dimensional surface fitting data fusion algorithm are used to implement the measurement of simulated pressure altitude with high accuracy. Power controller is proposed of contactless control and sealing isolation measures by entire pour technique. Furthermore, it meets the requirements of explosion protection for the synthetic detector. The seal air chamber is realized by double-shaft rotational hinge mechanism and locking linkage mechanism. Moreover, the air-tightness is obviously enhanced; Flow partition adjustment equipment is researched. As a result, it widens flow testing range and improves test precision. This synthetic detector for oxygen system possesses high accuracy, good reliability and high accuracy which meets the military need. In addition, detection ability is improved markedly.
