Abstract :
The paper introduces a container-type interpolation algorithm for CNC trajectory. This method achieves two-axis or multi-axis interpolation operation and acceleration/deceleration control through careful selection of container capacity and the increasing value. It can simplify the process of interpolation, which improves the speed and accuracy of interpolation calculation. The algorithm has been successfully used in a number of CNC cutting machines´ control systems.
