Abstract :
We discuss three techniques for controlling hub-coupled dynamometers. Hub-coupled dynamometers are increasingly being used in the automotive industry. The dynamometer system is nonlinear, and nonlinear control algorithms are hence developed. Performance results are established analytically as well as using simulation
