Abstract :
Using TiO2 from the hydrolysis of TiOSO4 as the precursor, and polystyrene (PS) as the template, TiO2/PS complex nanoparticles were successfully prepared through Layer-by-Layer self-assembly method. Then erased PS by heating, thus hollow sphere TiO2 was attained. The synthesized materials were characterized by SEM and XRD, the results indicated that TiO2 spheres were deposited on Ti substrate and the morphology, structure and the amount of TiO2 on the surface were corresponding to PS concentration, reaction temperature and soaking time. In simulated body fluid (SBF), apatite was formed on the surface in 72 hours.
