Abstract :
Design of a probe-fed microstrip antenna is accomplished using differential evolution (DE) algorithm. The fitness function for DE is obtained using cavity model analysis. Results obtained using DE are compared with those obtained by using real coded genetic algorithm (GA) and particle swarm optimization (PSO).
