Abstract :
The product standard CISPR 22:2006 has been introduced the radiated field measurement method above 1 GHz and stipulated the limits for radiated disturbance of information technology equipment at a measurement distance of 3m. The requirement of measurement antenna is described in the CISPR 16-2-3:2010. The requirement of test site is described in the CISPR 16-1-4:2010. In this paper, we investigate the influence of the different measurement antennas and test sites on the radiated emissions measurement. The measurement results show that the different measurement antennas and test sites will introduce the great measurement uncertainty in the radiated emissions measurement even though these antennas and test sites meet the requirement of above the two standards.
