Abstract :
An advanced digital television standard system (DTMB-A) is designed for the requirement of higher spectrum efficiency and more robustness. Compared with DTMB, several improvements such as new frame structure, higher order constellation and advanced channel coding are adopted in DTMB-A. The field trial information of DTMB-A in Hong Kong is introduced in this paper, the results shows that DTMB-A system can achieve good performance.
