Abstract :
In this study we discussed automatic transmission method of vehicles utilizing fuzzy technology and composed a control unit using PLC( programmable logical controller) and HMI(human machine interface). With characteristic of complexities of vehicle automatic transmission and it is difficult to set up exact mathematic model, using practice experience of driver to form the fuzzy control rules. The rules are stored in PLC´s memorizer and it come true controlling of vehicle automatic transmission. It has validated correctness of this method in automatic transmission system test bed. The result shows that the controlling system of this method has the best anti-jamming and realizing is simple and having ideal transmission quality.
