Abstract :
This paper introduces the basic operation principle, structural characteristics and microstrip impedance-matching network of ferrite film phase shifter. The structure´s size of film phase shifter is briefly analyzed and designed. The microstrip impendance matching network is set up and simulated by HFSS of Ansoft. The parameters of phase shifter are obtained by adjusting design size to make the film phase shifter fit in with the demands of the designing.
