Abstract :
A mathematical model derived from physiological considerations for the combined effects of anesthetic gas and surgical stimulation on mean arterial blood pressure (MAP) is proposed. A rough validation is done by comparing clinical MAP responses to responses of the model to a relatively well defined stimulus
