Abstract :
This paper analyzes some characteristics of third-order analog and digital PLL used in a LEO mobile satellite communication system and computer simulation has been done to show the influence on the loop performance by different settings of loop parameters which will rebound to parameter adjusting in practical third-order PLL design.
