Abstract
The maximum voltage, which the device of PWM Control Design Principle for the High Voltage Invert with High Power can support, is the DC-bus voltage of the power unit. The Low-voltage device can be used without cascade because there is no problem in voltage-sharing of each device. The low-voltage IGBT power module is adopted in the power unit as it has simple drive circuit, mature and reliable technology. It can be superposed to a high-voltage output of different grades by changing the amounts of device cascaded into each power unit or the pressure level of each power unit.
