Abstract
ASP (A Software Process) is a creation of a capability maturity model and IEEE based software process that has been defined and deployed through the Software Center of Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd., in Korea. Outcomes from the deployment of ASP are: 1) the momentum for propelling widespread deployment across all organizations of Samsung Elec. Co. Ltd., and 2) Project Asset DB (DataBase). Project Asset DB stores all software products from the deployment and utilizes company-wide reuse opportunities by allowing developers to query and retrieve past project information
