Abstract :
A dynamics model of the three axis air bearing based platform including the unbalance torque of the gravity and the other disturbing torque was built up. After the simulation of the platform motion with some representative moment model, a method based on the dynamics inversion was proposed to compute the unbalance torque. With continuous wavelet transformation (CWT), the disturbing torque could be decomposed and reconstructed, and then the torque could be separated according to the different frequency. The result of the simulation and experiment showed that this method was valid.
