Abstract :
In the construction of disaster prevention for passenger special line, the wind alarm processing is rather complicated. In the paper the wind speed alarm delay model and the remove wind speed alarm delay model are established, and it realizes analysis of collected wind data and processing of wind alarm. This model is based on piecewise linear interpolation theory. The current collected wind speed value is deal with one of the following three cases: alarm maintenance, alarm delay or remove alarm delay. The delay time can meet the requirement that be pre-set. At last this paper gives the error of the model, and compares with other methods. It also points out the shortcoming of the model.
