Abstract :
We present the basic concepts of ActionWorkflow and a study of a successful implementation in Clark County Department of Business License. The image/workflow system reengineers a labyrinthine licensing system into simplistic processes that are more customer oriented, yield superior productivity, establish a work in progress tracking mechanism, and archive the resulting licensing processes permanently on an unalterable optical storage system
