  • Abstract
    A novel independent component analysis (ICA) method is proposed that makes use of higher order statistics. We name it joint cumulant ICA (JC-ICA) algorithm. It can be implemented efficiently by a neural network. Its application in synthetic aperture radar (SAR) is discussed. The results show its potential usage in image processing problems
