Abstract :
Analyzed the current situation of textile dyeing production line control system, proposed a plan of controlling system using CAN bus technology; designed CAN-based control module: consisted by the microcontroller C8051F040, transceiver of CAN bus TJA1050T, instrument amplifier INA128, liquid crystal display and touch keys etc.; the circuits schematic of internal structure of the module, signal conditioning, output control and LCD deflection voltage happened are given; the program module features of acquisition and filtering, control strategy and CAN communications are discussed, the fuzzy PID control scheme is proposed based on the analysis of temperature characteristics of dyeing and finishing equipment, the reference programs of CAN communication is given. Experiments show that, the system can operate stably, with high controlling precision, powerful anti-interference ability to meet large-scale textile dyeing and finishing production line control.
