Abstract :
There are multiple theoretically appropriate revolving speeds for grinding mill barrel of cement plant, but to choose which revolving speed is more reasonable shall be adjusted in accordance with various type of cement mill. The discussed object in this paper is a φ 1.83m × 6.4m cement mill. In the study, records are made for statistics on the course from the beginning of lessening feeding amount, and gradually increasing feeding amount to slightly exceed the output. The comparison was made between before the consumption and after the consumption by slightly accelerating the revolving speed and exceeding the output, and the profits were achieved to some extent, which proves the method is feasible.
