            Abstract : 
A new frequency-fixed dual-beam scanning microstrip leaky-wave antenna is reported. The beam-scanning ability at a fixed frequency of the antenna can be achieved with new feeding configurations. The main beam of the antenna may be tilted from 37° to 57° and from 125° to 143° in the H plane when the frequency is fixed.
