Abstract :
We report initial results from a microsystem, which is aimed at single-cell metabolomics (SCM). It includes several functions such as temperature control, cell sizing, cell lysis and cell fragment separation. Furthermore, there is an interface provided for subsequent mass-spectroscopical analysis.
