Abstract :
The ASEAN Geospatial Public Service Platform, namely "China (Yunnan) ASEAN Free Trade Area the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation spatial information public platform" project, is one of the demonstration project for geographic information platform for mapping the blank area of the 1:50,000 topographic map in western China. How to use data fusion techniques integrating the multi-source remote sensing data to obtain more accurate information is particularly important to apply the ASEAN platform. Traditional IHS transform has spectral distortions. In this paper, we put forward an improved IHS transform method to deal with the spectral distortions. Detailed Taking the SPOT Pan (panchromatic) and Landsat TM321 multi-spectral image, worldview-2 (panchromatic and multispectral) image, Quickbird (panchromatic and multispectral) image as experimental data, and using qualitative and quantitative indexes to evaluate the test results, the result shows that the method is superior to the traditional IHS transform fusion method, which can obtain better spatial resolution and spectral resolution. The result can meet the requirements of the project.
