Open call [Editor´s Note]

For the IEEE Network January/February 2015 issue, we include the following seven accepted open call articles. The first article, "A Learning-Based Resource Allocation Approach for P2P Streaming Systems" by Thibaud Rohmer et al., focuses on the problem of maximizing the P2P streaming system capacity by effectively alternating between different resource allocation strategies, which is guided by a runtime statistical analysis of performance against a predicted content popularity pattern.
