Abstract :
In the frame of this scientific work the investigation of erythrocytes hydrate environments of patients´ blood diseased by drug allergy on parameters of complex permittivity by means of EHF-dielectrometry method was carried out. Possibility of application of this radiophysical method, along with traditionally used biophysical express tests, for operative definition of allergic reaction to some drug products, in particular, artifrin was shown. In experiment erythrocytes suspension of 39 patients on the drug allergy in a millimetric range of waves lengths (λ = 8 mm) was investigated, and also the analysis of erythrocytes sedimentation rate at presence of artifrin was carried out.
