Abstract
A nonlinear adaptive sensorless speed controller for induction motors is proposed. In the controller, only the stator currents are assumed to be measurable. Flux observers and the rotor speed estimator are designed to relax the need of flux and speed measurement. Besides, an estimator is also designed to overcome the drifting problem of the rotor resistance
