Abstract :
The basic virus infection model (BVIM) is widely used in the studies of the dynamics of hepatitis B virus (HBV) and HIV infections. The basic infection reproductive number of the BVIM is proportional to the number of all cells of host´s organ prior to the infection. This results implies that an individual with smaller organ maybe more resistent to virus infections than an individual with a larger one. In a previous paper, we formulate a standard incidence based model (ABVIM) which correct this questionable basic reproduce number which is independent on organ cells. In this paper, we make a dimensionless transformation for the ABVIM, and investigate an abstract anti-virus therapy model. Numerical simulations for the model shown that the periods of patients´ recovers by different treatment efficacy are very closed if patients have no immune corresponds. Increasing the block efficacy to virus infections of treatment drug may not remarkably reduce the treatment time. The number of infected cells may be more important factor to effect treatment.
