Abstract
The streamer growing process was simulated in two-dimensional geometry for highly non-uniform fields. Stochastic and fractal features of the resulting structures were investigated. The charge relaxation along a conductive structure was shown to be not complete. The comparative analysis of some criteria of the conductive structure growth was carried out. A novel generalization of the Niemeyer, Pietronero and Wiesmann (NPW) model was proposed which is called Scaled Stochastic Time Model (SSTM)
