Research on integrating of informatization and industrialiazation of Heilongjiang province

The process of industrialization is a important indicator which can weight economic development and competitive strength. However, the traditional industry which presents some drawbacks such as poor efficiency and highly energy consuming has not been suitable for times. This point enlightens us that industrialization and informatization must be integrated. In the first part of this paper, the importance of using the informatizatiion to promote the old industry is introduced, and then the relationship and the mechanism of the both are analyzed in detail. In the end, basing on the above analysis, the strategy of how to integrate informatization and industrialization to propel economic development of Heilongjiang province is expatiated.
