Abstract :
Phase Shifters are the most important component in phased array antenna system. The antenna system that we are using for millimeter wave communication is phased arrays. Phased array antennas are used to improve the gain and directivity and this can be made possible by the use of phase shifters. In this paper we have designed reflective type phase shifters and plotted its performance. The operating frequency is 60GHz and we have obtained some phase shifts at this frequency range. Here we have used varactor and inductor as reflective load. For the first design using inductor, we got a phase shift 84.510 and for the second design using varactor the phase shift is 90.40-122.30.
