Abstract :
Particle swarm optimization(PSO) algorithm is applied in relevance feedback(RF) of image retrieval, which is combined with user feedback process effectively, The proposed method makes users´ understanding to the retrieval goal become clear gradually, it could search image database effectively and comprehensively, and at the same time it could avoid the contradiction of efficiency and retrieval effect caused by multi-feedback. Experiments show that the proposed algorithm is validity.
