Abstract :
Spatially, to change the mode of economic development is to change the development mode of county economy. By analyzing the three main foreign modes of cyclic economy and combining with our regional characteristics, this article put forward that, in order to change the mode of our economic development, we should strongly develop the mode of cyclic economy in counties. The information plays the important role in cyclic economy. In the paper, we offer the building of information service system in cyclic economy in China.
