  • Abstract
    We present a effective method to enhance the mixing inside the droplets . Mixing efficiency of samples and reagents is a critical step in realizing a lab-on-a-chip. However, mixing of liquids is very difficult in continuous flow microfluidics due to laminar flow conditions. In droplet-based liquid, many papers present some methods to enhance the mixing efficiency. Different input signal will generate different vortex type inside droplets. We provide a solution for rapidly mixing rate to accelerate the reactive time and system sensitivity, costs little extra power consumption ,and no added complication in fabrication.
