Abstract :
Technology innovation has been the guarantee of powerful competition. Technology innovation theory enters our country in the 70´s,in the end of 80´s becomes domestic research hot spot, while many research only stay around exploration stage. Therefore, perfecting evaluation analysis on technology innovation is an urgent task need deeply discussed in science and technology management. This paper analyzes the technology innovation current situation and the existing problem in enterprises and by using the ANP evaluation, proposes the measure to promote the technology innovation ability.
