Abstract :
This paper is dedicated for achieving real-time video denoising. A detailed year wise survey has been given in the paper. A sophisticated method has been proposed for achieving real-time video denoising. The basic idea behind is to use different filtering strategies for background and moving images. Firstly, background and moving images are separated by changing detection technique. Then temporal averaging filter and spatial filter are used for recovering the background and moving objects, respectively. Thus, detail preserving can be performed in the real time.
