Abstract
Access to information and electronic resources is a main hurdle faced by e-learners. In addition, it is difficult to find learning materials that best suit student´s needs while tutors need to find an automatic way for receiving feedback from students. Therefore, the development of efficient new procedures to better guide students for selecting suitable learning materials is becoming a challenging factor in the e-Learning environment.
