Abstract :
A 1st order approximated small signal response model which is suitable for all kinds of fixed frequency converter is introduced. Further simplification and extraction of characteristics, e.g. poles, are possible by using a symbolical package. By using this model, model development becomes much simpler and traceable. The accuracy of the model is also demonstrated on a ZCS and a ZVS converter.
