  • Abstract
    Based on the analysis of present security situations of food industry, this paper illuminates a new security detecting architecture and a synthesized information platform, called Synthesized Architecture of Food Security Detection (SAFSD). The platform is not a simple software or a hardware, but a synthetic system, which integrates effectively the information resources of government management departments, food enterprises and consumers. The paper introduces the necessity of construction and situation of present food security, and then pays emphasis on all links of SAFSD: firstly, introduce the measures of supervision and management of all links from the production, processing, transport, sale, to dining table of foods from the angle of forming process of foods; secondly introduce the all kinks of system applications based on all roles from the angle of software application. At last, a summary is given.
