Abstract
Full current mode sense amplifier was presented previously which is proved to achieve low power and high speed. However, reliability problem constrains the use of this kind of sense amplifier. In this paper a new full current-mode sense amplifier with compensation circuit is proposed to resolve this problem. Simulation results based on the 0.18um CMOS process have verified that its sensing delay and power consumption are almost independent of bitline and dataline capacitances in the premise of guaranteeing the reliability.
