Abstract :
The tests date to characterize the rubber material constants as well as the hyperelastic material stability is discussed. The rubber material of engine mount is analyzed based on different forms of strain energy potentials using finite element analysis software ABAQUS. The method of using test data to calibrate material coefficients is obtained. Both of the hyperelastic constitutive law and the viscoelasticity constitutive law of rubber material are used in the dynamic analysis. The simulation of the rubber mount static and dynamic characteristic agrees well with experimental results.
